Maternity Style | JoJo Maman Bebe Part 1

It’s no secret that I’m a massive fan of all things JoJo Maman Bébé and recently I’ve been perusing their autumn/winter season maternity collection, they have so many gorgeous pieces in lovely autumnal colours and I was very lucky to be given the opportunity to pick a few of my favourite items to review.

The first item I chose was this beautiful charcoal maternity cape. I have been obsessed with capes for goodness knows how many years, I think they look amazing but I’ve always been a little shy trying to wear them myself as I tend to go for more fitted style coats.

So, I bit the bullet and I have to say I am very impressed with this maternity cape, it’s unbelievably comfortable, lovely and warm and will be perfect for the cooler months ahead and it looks super stylish too. It’s also really flattering due to the waist belt that can be adjusted with your changing shape.

It is double breasted, another bonus for me as I really love the smart fit of a double breasted coat, and it also features a truly luscious red lining, that you can see a little peak of in the photo below.

There’s lots of room for an expanding bump, this will definitely see me through the rest of my pregnancy and I’ll definitely be wearing it even when I’m not pregnant as I really do think it’s fabulous.

The charcoal shade is perfect for matching lots of colours to with your other winter warming essentials, and would definitely suit both a daytime and evening look.

The JoJo Maman Bebe Maternity Cape is made from a wool blend and is currently £65 and available in sizes 8-18. I chose a size 12 to give my expanding belly some extra growing room and as I’m quite tall I tend to go up a size for length purposes.

Next week I’ll be reviewing this Bud Print Maternity and Nursing dress from the collection.

Absolutley LOVE the cape! I really need to get my hands on this or something similar as at 29 weeks, I’ve now grown out of all my coats haha! I look forward to reading about the dress! xx

The cape is really lovely and it’s my go to outdoor wear. I’m 23 weeks pregnant and starting to grow out of everything but the cape will definitely last the full pregnancy 😀 x
